QuickHeal

Аддон QuickHeal довольно удобный для отхила группы и рейда.  Выводит рядом с фреймом полосы ХП каждого игрока,по которым намного проще определять какой игрок нуждается срочно в отхиле. Когда ХП полное — аддон QuickHeal будет отображать зеленую полоску. Когда — ХП на середине — полоска станет желтой. Когда ХП будет уже на критическом минимуме — то фрейм окрасится в красный цвет.

Данный прием делает ваш мониторинг рейда более качественным и четким. Отхил станет гораздо эффективнее. Вы фактически избавитесь от оверхила.

Есть также опция, с помощью которой можно проверить, кто из игроков стоит в радиусе действия ваших заклинаний.

Кроме Пристов, аддон QuickHeal можно использовать любому другому хилу: Холи Паладинам, Рестор Друидам, Шаманам.

Other Customization

You are able to customize displays further. You can change the direction of your recommendation queues, modify its alignment, turn on Blizzard’s overlay glow for the first recommendation icon in your display. You can specify that up to 10 icons are shown (more recommendations equals more processing power, though!), change the spacing, the zoom, the primary and queued icon sizes. You can specify the font and font sizes. You can specify that some additional information should appear on the base of the primary icon. You can use SpellFlash if you have that addon loaded as well.

You can use the Masque icon to apply a custom style to your displays.

You can specify visibility in PvE and PvP settings with custom alpha/transparency settings for each. You can specify special Conditions using the SimulationCraft-like syntax used in the Action Lists (this is how the Specialization AOE displays are scripted to see if your Current Mode is “Single Target”).

Second place was occupied by ConRo with a total of 43 points. MaxDps came in third with 41 points. Ovale and HeroRotation followed closely with 40 and 39 points, respectively.

Overall, Hekili had the highest FACTS score due to its features, impressive impact on DPS in testing, and an endless array of customization options. Each of the other addons also proved to have strengths and may be better suited to your class or playstyle.

It is interesting that Hekili, the addon with the most downloads, also ended up with the highest FACTS score. On the other hand, ConRo has the lowest number of downloads but ended up with the second-highest FACTS score.

Any way you slice it, each of these addons represents a great contribution by devoted community members.

Setup

We have arrived at the last category in this addon showdown — setup.

To compare the setup of each addon, I looked at whether the addon was easy to install through an addon manager, how many supporting addons it needs, and whether it works “out of the box.”

Each of the addons was easy to install and worked well without more setup; however, the number of addon needed varied across the addons.

As mentioned in the performance testing section, Hekili and Ovale both come packaged with everything you need to start using the addon on any class. On the other hand, MaxDps and ConRo require you to install at least one additional addon to work for your class.

HeroRotation requires the most supporting addons to get it running at a total of 4. When you first install HeroRotation and its dependencies, it will also enable an addon for each class. This means that you will have 15 addons and dependencies for HeroRotation running at the same time!

Overall, each of the addons was easy to set up and start using, which led to the following scores:

• MaxDps — 9/10
• Ovale — 8/10
• HeroRotation — 7/10

Bagnon

Bagnon is a lifesaver for those who like a tidy inventory space.

One of the most essential tools that can often be underlooked in WoW is Bagnon. It provides a streamlined and easy way to organize all of your items within bags.

Bagnon supports many different storage facilities including the inventory, bank, void storage, and guild bank. They’re viewable at any time, from anywhere, and on any character, too. This is handy for those of you who like to have more than one character on the go.

With a handy highlight to indicate items in a particular bag slot, along with cleanup capabilities, and a search engine tool, this addon is something everyone has a use for.

C-Tier

The specializations that make up the C-Tier are on the weaker side of the DPS spectrum. They can still be considered viable, occasionally offering useful buffs and debuffs, and can very often be very fun to play. However, you aren’t likely to be on the top places of DPS meters with these specs, and you won’t have the easiest time finding a raid group, as they aren’t in high demand.

Enhancement Shaman

Enhancement Shamans hold steady in the C-tier in Phase 4. If this didn’t bother you before, it likely won’t bother you here either. Despite our Tier 10 set (Frost Witch’s Battlegear) having 2 very decent set bonuses, we just lack the single-target damage necessary to keep up with others, and our AoE & cleave is still sub-par. If your guild has been bringing you for the totem buffs, they’ll likely continue going so, but you’re not very likely to find yourself on the DPS meters without scrolling down.

Destruction Warlock

Destruction is nothing if not steady, finding itself in the C-tier for the 3rd time. Our issues remain the same: lackluster damage, and a complete lack of cleave damage, which Affliction excels at. We have no unique buff like Demonology, so there’s no reason to bring even a single Destruction Warlock to a raid — they’d all be better off switching to Affliction.

Survival Hunter

Survival has seen better days, one could say by looking at their position in the C-tier. That’s true — Phase 4 is absolutely not kind to us, as our lack of scaling comes to haunt us. There’s a whole lot of armor penetration on our new gear, but more than half our damage is magic and thus doesn’t even benefit from it at all. With how big our gap with MM has become, all but the most die-hard Survivalists out there have switched to MM by now.

Elemental Shaman

Elemental finds itself in the C-tier for the 3rd time, and it’s not hard to see why — our single-target damage just isn’t there, as our poor scaling and a disappointing Tier 10 set (Frost Witch’s Regalia) have let us down. Regardless, if your guild has kept you around as Elemental up to this point it’s very likely that they needed your totem buffs, so they probably won’t be swapping you out all of a sudden. Just don’t expect to see yourself on the DPS meters without scrolling down, a lot.

Beast Mastery Hunter

Beast Mastery Hunters continue to be the weakest spec that’s still considered viable — though barely so, as our damage is completely uninspiring. Marksmanship, unfortunately, does everything we can do, but better. And, with Ret Paladins becoming ubiquitous in this phase, the 1 piece of utility any raid could’ve wanted us for — Ferocious Inspiration — is rendered obsolete. It is generally not advised to play Beast Mastery outside of 5-man dungeons.

DBM (Deadly Boss Mods)

DBM takes the need to micromanage battles away from you, allowing you to focus on what you can do at that moment.

DBM takes so much pressure off the micromanaging of everything about battles during raids and dungeons. At times, these conflicts can be hectic experiences, but this addon allows you to focus primarily on your performance and rotation.

With sound effects, special effects, different colors, and on-screen warnings, it indicates when something is going to happen to you. New and old players alike will both benefit greatly from this, and that is why it is number one on this list.

It also hides things from you that you’re unable to do anything about in that moment or situation, such as dispel and interrupt cooldowns. This way, you’re only actively focusing on what can be achieved at that particular moment.

Как симить своего чара

Что вам понадобится?

Вам нужна программа SimulationCraft последней версии, аддон Simcraft для копирования профиля своего персонажа из игры, и аддон Pawn для импорта веса статов в игру и возможности сравнения вещей.

Что делать?

1. Если вы используете аддон Simcraft – запустите игру и убедитесь, что аддон работает.
2. В игровом чате введите /simc и скопируйте содержимое появившегося окна.
3. Запустите SimulationCraft.
4. Вкладка Import нужна для интеграции вашего персонажа в программу. Выберите вкладку Simc Addon и вставьте скопированное содержимое.
5. Зайдите в Options.
6. Вкладка Globals имеет несколько важных параметров настройки симуляций. Мы рассмотрим основные и интересные для обычного пользователя.
   • Iterations – количество итераций. Чем больше число, тем точнее будут результаты.
   • Length (sec) – длина боя в секундах.
   • Fight Style – это тип боя:
     • Patchwerk – одиночная цель без передвижений. Используется по умолчанию.
     • Beastlord – босс и с огромным количеством дополнительных целей в течение боя
     • Hectic Add Cleave – босс, на котором присутствуют 5 аддов 40% от времени боя
7. Num Enemies – количество врагов. Например, если вы хотите узнать, сколько урона нанесет ваш персонаж на энкаунтере, где присутствуют 2 босса 100% времени, то стоит выбрать тип боя Patchwerk и указать количество врагов 2.
8. Threads – количество потоков вашего процессора, которые будут отданы программе.
9. Process Priority – “сила” с которой будет загружен ваш процессор подсчетами программы. Чем выше приоритет – тем быстрее компьютер справится с симуляциями, но тем сильнее он будет загружен. При использовании максимального количества потоков и высшего приоритета на компьютере будет невозможно делать что либо, пока симуляции не закончатся.
10. World Lag – это показатель пинга. Выставляйте его идентичным вашему пингу в игре.
11. Report Pets Separately – если вы играете классом с петами, эта функция может разделить результаты симуляций для вашего персонажа и пета.
12. Вкладка Buffs / Debuffs позволяет выбрать или убрать различные усиления группы.
13. Вкладка Scaling дает возможность узнать вес статов вашего персонажа.
    • Поставьте самую первую галочки Enable Scaling, чтобы разрешить программе делать эти расчеты.
    • В нижней графе отметьте характеристики, которые вас интересуют. Базово все заинтересованы в основной характеристике и в четырех вторичных.
14. После установки нужных параметров можно нажать в нижнем левом углу на кнопку Simulate или перейти в одноименную вкладку для финальной проверки. В ней будут отображены все финальные параметры симуляции.
15. После запуска симуляции программе нужно будет некоторое время для произведения всех расчетов. Время зависит от мощности вашего компьютера, параллельно запущенных процессов, а также от выбранных параметров производительности SimulationCraft.

I Tried 5 Popular DPS Rotation Addons for World of Warcraft (WoW)

Hekili is a priority helper addon that can make recommendations a few steps into the future. It works by collecting information about the game’s current state, using a SimulationCraft-like action priority list (APL) to recommend the next ability to use, then modifying the game state and making the next prediction. It supports all DPS specializations as well as all tanking specializations.

To start my test, I installed the 5 most popular rotation helper addons based on the number of CurseForge downloads for each. All of the addons I selected had over one million downloads in their lifetime. Here are the 5 that made the cut:

It is important to note that the number of downloads does not represent the number of players using it. Instead, it is the number of times that an addon or update for the addon has been downloaded. As a result, addons that release updates more frequently and have been around longer will have higher download numbers.

Also, you will notice that I left WeakAuras (WA) off the list. While WA does have many rotation helper auras that players have made, these are not standardized and would be difficult to test.

With my top 5 selected, it is time to start testing and crown a winner.

Instead of telling you which one seemed to be the best to me, I decided to compare several aspects of each addon. In other words, I decided to look at the FACTS.
